Ah, so they send you to a special school now to learn how to operate all the gadgets on the ship? I understand now.

I guess you could describe me as being one of those obsessed people when it comes to weight lifting. I workout for about 1.5 hours a day(not including cardio), five days a week, I eat 2g of Protein X my bodyweight daily, I consume about 5000 calories a day, and I use every bodybuilding suppliment I can get my hands on (Weight Gainer, Protein Powder, Creatine Monohydrate, ZMA, Glucosamine, Tribulus Terrestris, Multi Vitamin, B-Complex, Vitamin C...ect). Since I work out so often I can actually make use of all of those suppliments. I'm kind of the opposite because I only use free weights, but that's because I workout at home. The only machine I have is a leg extension/leg curl machine that came attached to my old weight bench, I usually use it to as a warmup before I do squats. My entire workout can be done with my power rack, bench, and my old bench. My power rack is seperate from the bench so I can do squats, plus it comes with a chin/pull up bar. When I put the bench back under it I can do bench presses, not to mention that the bench is adjustable so I can move it into an incline/flat/decline position. My old bench still has some uses left (I can no longer do bench presses on it because I kept using heavier weight on it and I began to hear some questionable cracking noises coming from it) it comes with a dip attachment and as I mentioned before a leg developer. It's really quite the peice of machinery because it gives me versitility in my workout, it even comes with a spotter so I won't crush myself if I can get the barbell back up after doing squats/bench presses.

Here is what my workout currently consists of (without listing the excersises):

Sunday: Chest, Triceps
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Back, Biceps, Cardio30 min
Wednsday: Rest
Thursday: Shoulders, Forearms, Waist (Abs, and obliques)
Friday: Upper Legs, Calves, Cardio 30min

It takes up quite a bit of my time but it is worth it. I've been in better shape than I have been when....well ever. Plus it feels really good to workout (Probably all the endorphins released), plus as you mentioned looking good, that's always a good bonus :-) With all of these benifits I don't understand why my friends don't workout. Like you said they become more interested in other hobbies cars, girls, or should I say useing their cars to get girls. Problem with that is you can't take your car into clubs/parties so it really doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Well i've talked long enough, I just got up awhile ago and was waiting for my food to be ready, and I hear the microwave beeping now so I better go. :-)

Achilles (Obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe, THE DEDICATED)
