Is Baldur's Gate II a lot like Baldur's gate I? I thought the original was pretty good except for a few flaws, the most irritating was the battle system. All my characters would stand around the monster and swing their weapons at him and only about one in every 5 swings would actually hit. The Bosses were next to impossible and the only way to beat them was to shoot some poison fog spell, knock them all out, and then keep shooting them with magic missle. You would almost never engage them in hand to hand combat unless you wanted to die. I also didn't like the weapon and armour system too much. The lower the armour value was the better it was but the higher the weapon value was the better it was. This was very confusing. It was almost impossible to revive dead party members in the beginning. It costs 500 gold and you only get about 4 per enemy! For some reason I got to a certin level and then I wouldn't gain any more exp! Other than that it was a good game, I loved picking locks in houses and having the flaming fist mercenaries chasing after me. :-) I loved the Flaming FIst helmets and I wanted to get one so bad! Do you know if there is a way to kill them without losing your reputation?

I think the best part was where you got to customise your character. Are there more features is Baldur's Gate II?

So have you played any Age of Empires II yet? Maybe You, Judicator, and me could play a free for all on the MSN gaming zone?
