Subject: Just to clarify an earlier post, Melissa Ruiz is the Field Director of Barb's mom's pageant. Barb is the Director of Field Operations, not a Field Director. Her job is to oversee all of the fuctions of the Miss NJ locals and state pageant. Please know your facts before trying to make assumptions about this organization.
