No, Laura Bridges never competed again from my research. I would never of either, Laura Bridges had every right to competed in Miss New Jersey and to know that the real winner was from PA and never even attend school in this state. Placed top 5 at Miss NJ USA with this gown. Its a size 6 but fits more like a 4 (custom made). Paid $2200 for it brand new. Would love to get $1200 out of it but will consider offers

I hope a lot of people can come out and support a great cause! 14 of this years 23 contestants will be on hand to wash cars for donation from 2-5pm. Hopefully all our volunteering enthusiasts are able to make it!

Was checking out the contestants on youtube... Saw a video of Anna Negron singing the national anthem at Madison Square Garden for a knick basketball game. Outstanding!
Saw a video of Ayla Gentileti singing with Sugarland at the Revel in AC. Incredible!
Video of Courtney Charatsaris singing as well as many other contestants.

These are the kind of accomplishments that should be acknowledged. Keep it positive.

There have only been 4 Miss Pageants since then and 3 of them were either closed or regional. This is the first opportunity - other than Babe's pageant on October 27 - and for that date, Venessa had a long-standing conflict - for something she does every year for a specific organization. Stars and Stripes was the first opportunity she had to compete after remaining loyal to her past director and actually giving up her crown on October 7. You may not be a Venessa fan, but she does have plenty of fans. Why do you feel you must attack her and call her sneaky?

As for the others, everyone seems has a weakness: No "It" factor, less than an 8 in talent, not Miss A pretty enough, unable to wear a 2-piece, no real domination of a platform or life experiences that brings wisdom or thoughtfulness to the interview, or just a lack of confidence to be Miss A ready. Other states seem to be extremely competative this year because of the caliber of the conestants, NJ seems to have an even playing field because there's no stand out. Lindsey has been a great representative for NJ and having Miss America to share the stage with her will not take away from her in any way. I'm looking forward to the Miss NJ pageant.
