I know some of the girls ages are not right from last year?

(beginning of the year) A girls age could be what is was when she won her local pageant A girls age could simply be wrong, there is a human who updates the website I am sure there are other reasons too. Before Miss NJ all ages are verified again and girls provide the age they will be at the state pageant. So yes ages are verified.
