Subject: I thought that Cara would have made the top 15. NJ does need some help with fine tuning things. For example past NJs have had good wardrobes but could use alterations, different accessories, etc. Much more practice is needed! Lots of walking, talking, workouts, talent practice etc. The states that seem to do well practice, practice, practice. There is absolutely no shame in not being called into the top 15, there are 38 states in the same situation!
