Subject: How many times can a "new face" compete at the local level before you no longer consider her that? None of this really makes any sense. We want girls to do multiple locals, for however long it takes for them to get to the state pageant. They are fresh and considered a newbie if they eventually make it there, no matter how many years of competing it takes. Then, boom, after a year at Miss NJ, they are an old hag.
