I always get annoyed with comments like the one above. It's a new talent & costume to these judges, considering they've never seen it before. Personally, I spent a lot of time & money on my talent in 2011, and I would have used the same music, choreography, and outfit the following year had I been at states. 1- Not everyone is made of time & money. 2.
