Subject: The miss nj execs don't require the girls to paint their face and they don't assign the girls a costume. It's their choice to paint their face or what not. Some prefer to be more bold and playful. Author: I don't mind the costume idea, but feel its silly to spend so much money on it when a gown or cocktail dress can be used again.
