And so what if they spend a small fortune on the parade. If you have it then spend it !!!!!!!!!!! and just because your face is painted it doesn't mean you look ugly!!!! And this is a scholarship pageant not a beauty pageant so if they have fun with it and wear big costumes they're just trying to put on a good show.
