An email does not count Secondly, people vent on this board because if you actually tried to have a conversation with someone from this organization you would be blackballed and nothing constructive would come from it. Most directors are not in it to help the girls train for miss a, but just want to say they work for the miss a organization. They also use excuses to cover their neglect by saying "I'm just a volunteer. " Then volunteer in another field. Nj needs an overhaul.
