I believe she uses her interview, OSQ an community service more than her talent. Cierra won state community service award last night $100. These girls work so hard on their community service! $100? That is all we can come up with?? I can feel a sponsorship coming on!!!!! All the girls looked beautiful last night. Some great talent, girls in great shape, many too thin, and some good OSQ. Evening gowns were lovely also. Congrats to all the prelim winners.
