I agree with you Fran, I think the bill should pass and be implemented, as long as there are some basic safety checks and balances in place for it so people don't get ripped off with fake or watered down drugs. From the radio interview I listened to it seemed that the FDA was doing more fear mongering than fact mongering - and that their nose is out of joint because the bill doesn't give them any control over it. I liked the representative from Canada and what he had to say - his comments seemed on target and factual to me.
