Hello everyone, Gia, glad to see you here, keep coming back.
I wanted to answer some posts, if I get things messed up, just let me know. I'm sorry that I was gone for so long. After the kids were taken away, I fell into a depression that I just couldn't seem to come out of.
I want to thank all of you for your prayers and suport when this happened. I felt like the world had fallen out from under me.
We do see the kids now, they want to live with us. They say it's fun here. Even if they get a spanking, they still want to live here. A spanking consists of me swatting on the butt with my Very hurting hands, so, it isn't a big deal. I think they even laugh when I'm not looking.
Mike confronted Charlie and Danyelle over what was said. Charlie admitted that a while back that they were looking for another place but hadn't persued it. Danyelle just hug her head. She never said a word. Mike told them that I was at home cleaning my butt off and sobbing like a baby because of the pain. I really don't think it bothered her.
I'm going to try to answer a few questions that came up in from my post, I know that I will forget some, so feel free to ask them again if you wish.
The house they live in is in our name. They are supose to make all payments which are $235. a month. Now where can you find rent on a house and large lot that cheap? At one time he was $1,500 behind in payments. When he got his taxes back he caught that up.
If they would have moved, I think, the lady at the post office would have given us thier new address. Not sure tho.
About Grandparent's Rights, here in Iowa, some bonehead said that it was illegal for a grandparent to force a court to let the grandparents see grandkids. Not sure who that moron was, but we would have no way of seeing them if they took them away and said we couldn't see them anymore.
I know there were more questions, but I just can't remember them now. I think there was one about cleaning, I think my daughter, hubby and I would just do our best to clean it up and sell it. It is a very large lot and two neighbors have been wanting it for a long time.
Danyelle will not take responsibility for her unkind words. My son did take responsibility for what he had said. It saddens me about both of them tho. Since thier youngest, Sabrina, gets SSI because she is disabled, they don't need us anymore, until the end of the month when the money is low and they need to borrow some.
My son used to come and bring the kids out a lot, he used to help me with my yard. If he owed us money, he would ask if he could work it off by mowing or doing something here. But no more. I told my husband, we should just move. I just don't have the $175,000 for this historical mansion that I would love to move into. With the original wallpaper. Three stories, all of which could be rented to college students to help pay for the house. My brain does work a little.
Anyway, we do get to see the grandkids again. I think once they start back to school and tell the teacher some of the stories that they have told me, there will probably be a social worker knocking at thier door. I won't get them out of anymore jams again. Believe me, Mike and I have pulled them out of many!!! When they go in and see how filthy and smelly thier house is, something is going to happen.
By the way, the day that Amber told me that Danyelle said my house was dirty and it stinks. I went into the upstairs living room and cleaned and about killed my spine doing so. I bagged almost everything up and opened the sliding glass door and threw it out into the 3 wheeler dump box and burn most everything. I sure paid for that. She made me feel ashamed that I have this illness and my spine problems. She is the one who should be ashamed. She just turned 21, young, strong, healthy, everything for her is on one floor, and the house is a garbage pit. How many landlords would put up with that?
Next Friday is when the judge is supose to sign the bankruptcy orders to get rid of our huge debt load. As long as no creditor comes forward at the last minute to dispute it. That is when we are going to the bank to have the house put in our son's name. Or how ever we do it. Anyway, it will be his problem from then on. Late payments and all. He will be 29 in December, it's time he started acting like it.
