Hey Kathi! Good to see ya! Where are you at again? We've got snow coming here too. Beef stew sounds like a great idea! Here is a crockpot recipe below - easy!

Crockpot Beef Stew

1 pound beef stew meat
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasonings, (adjust to taste)
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 MAGGI Instant Beef Bouillon
2 cups hot water

In a slow cooker or crockpot coated with begetable cooking spray, combine beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, Italian seasons and pepper. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add to pot. Cook for 8-10 hours on LOW until tender. Makes 4 servings.

Optional - Add brown gravy mix and/or green peas for more flavor and color. Serve with crusty bread.
