Subject: Xephella Rackkianta, dressed in a plain tunic of unmarked tan, walks slowly along the cliffs surrounding the ocean.

She saw people laughing, fishing, having fun and talking, and smiled. It was a melancholy smile, but her mood had lifted upon coming into the fresh air. Xeph felt relaxed for the first time in weeks, knowing that hardly anyone here would recognize her. Without her Council robes, nobody would consider who she was, for very few really knew her by sight. She sat down away from the other people, gazing out at beautiful grey-blue water. Hugging her knees, she listened to the sound of laughter and chit-chat, and felt a sudden pang of lonliness. With a sigh, she laid her chin on her knees and stared sadly at the horizon.
