Nearly any other person would win her eternal hatred if they referred to her as "Lia", but Naverin's the rare exception. Very rare. "Not as well as I could be," she replies. "Time and the harsh wilderness will have their effects on a person. I suppose you're doing wonderfully, as usual," she says dryly, knowing well her friend's knack for being a 'cockeyed optimist'.

I could go on, but I know you hate to have to hear it all." This said, she sits down on the ledge, deciding she's a little tired of standing.
