He jerks upright and looks down the beach, just barely glimpsing what could possibly be a young elven girl leaving the beach. He's almost positive that it's Mackai; the area is about right, and the size of the girl. He sighs. "Oh well; I'll have to find her later. I was teaching her to throw knives and overheard the commotion, so came to help," he says by way of explanation, at Adwen's inquisitive look. "Egh, speaking of knives...d'you wanna come help me look for mine?" he asks. "Hopefully they got washed in by the tide..." Ignoring Adwen's exasperated rolling of eyes, he gets up and leads the way down to the water's edge to start looking for his knives. -- Ocean
