Dear Sir,
I agree that we need to instill greater pride in Canadians, but from my perspective that means re-discovering who we are and the many great things about our country. As a young Canadian I am very proud of this Dominion and its rich heritage. That includes the Maple Throne... remember we already have a sovereign Queen of Canada whose throne is located in the Senate of Canada. And we have eleven wonderful Canadians representing her throughout the country, celebrating Canada and promoting excellence.
Rediscover our unique and wonderful Maple Throne.
