The only aspect of the Canadian Coat-of-Arms that I would EVER consider changing would be the supports, I believe the shield and the crest etc are important in showing our heritage and the origins of the Canadians people. As for the changing of certain flags, I'm in full support of being rid of the red ensigns... but for BC, their flag is, infact a banner of arms, so you'd have to change their arms as well, and on a similar note, I favour removing St. George's Cross from the upper parts of the arms of Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario (not Yukon however, I found what they've done to be actually quite tasteful).
