I build the CANTON rev. 4.2 board, and i want to program the PIC16C56XT/P chip, but i can't find any programmer package card, where can i find it? to built for cheap cost.

do you know what is the Hex code for analog signal cable in Quebec, Montreal (videotron) and if you know if it's work here.
