Hey,

Sorry, haven't been checking this forum very often lately...

Are they changing modes rapidly? Are you just getting a quick flash of inverted video when they change modes or does the picture go inverted and stay that way for a while? Rev7T1D2 looks for the presence of split-sync on lines 24-26 and if it's present on at least 2 of the 3 lines then it assumes the video is inverted. The presence or absence of split-sync determines the video mode for the FOLLOWING frame. So when they change modes it causes it to flash since it will be in the wrong mode for one frame. If this is the problem then try Virtuax's fix which is changing line 450 from "btfsc SAInvert,0" to "btfsc SAInvert,1". This will cause it to change modes during the current frame. I originally coded it to wait until the next frame so it wouldn't change in the middle of the picture but line 26 is at the bottom of the VBI anyway so it really isn't a problem. Kudos go to Virtuax for coming up with this improvement.

Happy Holidays everyone!

- Phil
