It's like PAL, phase is controlling the hue and amplitude is responsible for intensity of colour...
My problem is that only SOME of the scrambled channels have a greenish colour and that not all the times (specialy durring movies). That's why I belive there is some information about burst durring VBI that is decoded by 3 chip but the burst is actualy normal (another descrambler, working on a different principle, that lets the burst pass as is never has that colour shift...)
