I agree with your's and Mil's thoughts. Kirby is NOT at the present time ready to come into this group and I do not want him here . . . yet. I believe, with some major changes on his part, that he could become an integral part of this Guild. However, he is no where near ready for that. If he messes up again, that's it. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

Both GB and Kirby are unhealthy for this Guild right now. Hopefully they will learn that the Guild will not allow them to break the rules if they wish to remain within it. That is a healthy lesson at that age . . . and one I don't mind teaching them.

If they change their attitudes and actions, they may be worth another chance. As it stands, they are not ready to "assume the right of PofLship" (new phrase - do you like it?).

I will post more information about our conversation later.
