Treck, you're awesome man. Thank you so mucn for setting this up. I really appreciate it, as I'm sure everyone else does. I always hate not being able to access the security forum when the site is down... now that's not a prob. So kudos on a job well done, and thanks for taking the initiative.

On Kirby... yes I believe he deserves a 2nd chance, but not now. I do agree with Tom though, we shouldn't let too much time slip away, or he will.

Interviews... agree with Tom and Treck, interviews are gonna have ta be put on hold for the time being (boy I hope that's a short period of time). But DO game with them and start showing them the ropes, gaming etiquette, etc. and encourage them to stick it out. It's well worth the wait, as you all well know.

Tass better cool his heels. Has anyone talked to him? Please advise on this.
