Treck, thanx for making this. It's a necessary thing, unfortunately.

Get the word out to all that hear or ask about the situation in channel last nite.. I talked to Kirby today.. apparently he DOES know who these dudes were, but I scared them a bit... I informed them that I'm currently working on a way to find out IP addresses and account names.. Kirby states he had nothing to do with it. Ya'll can think what you want, but I'm choosing to believe him.. it's just a hunch, but it's one I'd bank on. There's something about him that reaches out to me................

anyways, as I said, I'm working on a way to get harrassing individuals banned from B/net as well as to find out ISP's of the offending individuals. I would hate to have to take it that far, but if I have to, I'll contact the ISP's.. or have others do so.. about the violation of the TOS for the ISPs. It's a good way to get warning letters sent out to the master account for the ISP (usually a parent in cases like this). This in turn brings pressure from home onto the kids causing the problems. If not, then the next step if the harrassment continues is to get the ISP to cancel the account. This CAN be done, and has been done in the past to a severe trouble maker. Just so you're aware, we DO have recourse.. it's just a matter of time until we find out.

Oh, yeah.. I also told Kirby that I was working on this, as well as the job titles of a couple of friends of mine..one being a member of the Royal Canadien Mounties Internet Crime Task Force. He immediately got his "buddy" outta channel. He and I had a LONG talk after that, and like I said, I STILL believe in him. I'm not sure why, but I do. Call it instinct.

Anyways, thanx for reading this whole thing. Just some food for thought.
