However, to help your members understand that I know the basics:

Yes, I know the proper way to lobby. Yes, I know to get a list of the relevant legislators and post it, when appropriate, to ask for help from others, i.e., phone calls, faxes, email, etc. Yes, although I am more familiar with this issue and the relevant laws and jurisdictional and authority issues than most attorneys, I do have attorneys, yes PLURAL, that I can access for assistance. Yes, I am in contact with both the ADOA and AKC and working with both on the legislation. Yes, I have a great deal of info that will help me oppose the legislation, including the recent CDC, "A community approach to dog bite prevention." Somewhere around here we even have I. Lehr Brisbin's info and tape....

***********I am looking for two studies that I know of that I do not have if any of your members have them: One is related to behavioral differences between the dog and wolf. The other is related to the genetic similarity between the dog and the wolf. Yes, I know how and when, if necessary, to use and present them correctly. But I have not been able to locate either of these studies and do not know who conducted them. Even info on the correct name of the studies and/or who conducted them would be welcome so I can pull them would be appreciated.

Thanks for your interest, I will keep you advised of significant developments.
