Virginia Senate house Bill #260 (Shelter Home Rescue)

Each Rescue Shelter will be required to register with the state and required to pay an annual license fee of $100. Each FOSTER HOME will be required to do the same and pay a $50 annual fee. The facilities will be inspected two times a year, must keep office type hours, must comply with local ordinances. Example: 4 pets to a household.

CONTACT THE GOVERNOR AND AS THAT HE NOT SIG THIS BILL...It is supposedly on his desk to be signed or on its way
