Perhaps the best answer we can give is an honest one,
noone really knows, but we do know that God made away
for it to happen. And if the "how" was an essential
knowledge for us to have, God would have specifically
told us how, in His Word, but He did not, it is enough
for us to simply trust that God had it all worked out.
We need to be honest with our children, and its valuable
to tell them when we don't know something, in this way they
learn that not all their questions will have a ready answer
in life. God gave us that much knowledge that He knew we
needed to live and serve Him.
