From what I have experienced with Google+, all you need is a GMail Account (for faster access) or you can use your current email address which will give you access, but will be slower in communications as all messages would be via email vs within google+ or gmail services. Then when you go to your gmail account, there will be a link for Google+. This is where the Group meetings can be done. Google+ is almost like Facebook, however, to me, much easier to work in and allows for more security with a cleaner more unclutterd appearance. Once you have this, just email me at "wasmithey@gmail.com with the subject of UCMI-MA Fellowship. I will then send you an invitation for the group. The group will only have members of the UCMI-MA in it, as it is a private group. For group meetings within google+, a huddle will be made, which can be scheduled for individuals within the group, and all one has to do is accept the invite to the huddle (up to the maximum attendee level). This is good for online meetings, Bible Studies, and just general fellowship (which is the initial phase of what I am attempting to do. Like-wise, you can set up the same type groups for your own meetings, Bible Studies, and General Fellowships, within your own Church or Ministry. By having the gmail account and google+, it will allow the members to contact each other via gmail, messenger, voice, and video communications. The reason for requiring actual name and photo of members, is to get to know our fellow members within the UCMI-MA. Your computer should have capability for Text, Voice, and Video communications on it. You would need to have google voice and video capability downloaded/plugged into your google account. For me, my account is set up so that my phone, tablet, desktop pc, and laptop sync my contacts within gmail and include my google+ groups. This allows messages and emails to be received and sync to all of them, so that no matter what I am using, my communications capability is available and up to date.
