Love and Loving!

As you may well know, Jesus spoke of the "Heart of the Law," and in doing so, plainly put it to us all ... The Heart of the Law is Love.

God's Love for us, Our Love for Him, Our Love for our neighbors and our selves, to include the Love of Strangers and even our Enemies.

This Love incorporates, Compassion, Mercy, Forgiveness, Charity, Peace, and Joy.

This may sound somewhat like a quick to the point answer, and (in reality) it is, after all, God created Love, the Word of God speaks of Love throughout the entire book, and Jesus himself, displayed His Love (as the Son of God) for all to emulate with sincerity of heart, so much so, He gave (as you mentioned) His Life on the Cross for us, then Conquered Death, for us ... out of Love.

So I submit to you that the Body of Christ, HIS Church, you and I, and the rest of our Brothers and Sisters, should look like and act (with sincerity of the Heart) like the Love of God, that is in us.

I do hope this has been of some comfort to you, as it does come from the Heart, and is how I feel the Spirit of the Most High, has revealed His Word to me.
