Jahanaci flew from Windris' lair, landing 'midst the warm sand dunes. She wondered what Chres was thinking right now, and she wondered if Chres's rage would send Windris over the edge.
She set down Lethe who happil played in the sand, raven black hair quickly becoming dull as the babe threw sand.
Jah watched her daughter as the little girl began to pile sand in a heap. The child was much oo smart for her age- muc to smart.
Lethe seemed to know Jah was thinkig of her and the dark ebon occs turn towardst her, a soft rin 'ross the babe's facade. She giggled and turned back to her sand pile.
