the problem, on full speed, wipers operate ok, on slow or intermittent wipe wipers will go once or twice or so and then stop mid windscreen, for a while and then run again and then stop etc.etc.
i cannot get a book, i reckon there is an integrated cct on a board with a relay, somewhere, trouble is what is it and where is it and then i can fix it..

any ideas anyone please, i dont want to fork out another bucket load of money for something as simple as a 50p chip and a few pence relay. especially when i still have the intermittent ignition problem which cost me �400 not to fix.....
