I'm fairly sure there should be mounting points already fitted, to the side of the seat (have to lift the seat base out to see them though) I think the one on the LHS is just above where the regulator sits. This is from memory though, and it's late now. I'll try and check it against my car tomorrow.

I doubt if you'll be able to fit inertia reel belts though - I doubt if there will be enough room for the belt roll - Fixed belts will probably be the best option.
