Hello all.

Im just about ready to paint my 74 Beetle, the original idea was to go back to its build colour which the VW museum certificate said was brilliant orange (L20B), upon stripping it to pieces there is not a spot of orange in sight, lots of yellow though. Not too keen on yellow, orange is still in with a shout. Can anyone offer advice on a good sound colour to go for? One that is user friendly in the cleaning department and wont show any rust spots too easily in years to come. Ideas/assistance appreciated, it's going to get done about 16th Aug.

Many thanks
Danny
