 1990 1800cc 8 valve Golf GTI - car surges really badly in low gears, doesn't have the problem once in 3rd,doesn't seem to be a mechanical problem must be electrical or injection problem. Have changed rotor arm, cap, leads, plugs etc, any ideas?
