Subject: University fees in Scotland

Free in Scotland if you've lived there for a given period. Free if you're an EU citizen. But about 9,000 quid a year if you're from England or Wales. Oh the outrage in the papers! Lawyers are rubbing their hands in anticipation of human rights transgressions.

I've warmed to Alex Salmond. He's a cheeky, cunning, determined wee sod. Gaun yirsel Wee Eck!

I wish there were more apprenticeships though. Making and fixing stuff is just as important as inventing it.

What are the uni bills where you live?

BB
