Had another look at the photo and I reckon the egg is poached. WAY to clean to be fried. Mind you when I poach and egg I need six goes at it to get one egg. They all fall to bits. I need to get me one of those little poacher thingbies. There's bits of very unappetising stuff swimming around the pot by the time I'm finished. I think I prefer scrambled or soft boiled.
