I always love your recipes so do post Gilly. I remember when my granny and mum were talking about tea bags when they first came out saying 'It was just another fad'. Well it lasted a very long time for a fad. In Daylesford sis in law and I go to a small coffee place called Cliffy's and she makes the best pot of bush tea you'll ever taste. We have her delicious home made cakes which she graciously gives us the recipes for and we spend an hour or so there before browsing the nursery next door. I bought a beautiful hanging bird feeder there the other day and some flowers for the front. I need to get it prettied up as it goes on the market from Monday. Sadly Jan is still very ill so I'm moving back to Melbourne as the country hospitals just aren't able to deal with his problem. I was hoping for another couple of years with him but it's not looking so good anymore so if he needs to go into care I need to be close by. That way I can visit daily and feed him. He hadn't had tea for a couple of weeks as they had him on thickened drinks but boy does he relish a cuppa now even in hospital china lol. When you don't have it for a few weeks it seems to taste all that much better.
