Has anyone tried frozen croissants? The ones that you leave to prove over night and then cook? They are very good. The puff up from about 1" across max to about 3" wide when proven (proved?), anyway when they are risen. You then cook them for about 8-10 minutes, stuff them full of sausages or grilled bacon or something and then enjoy them! We had them on Sunday morning.and very nice they were too. I even took some before and after photos, but haven't downloaded them yet from the camera.
