Colour and steriophonic sound!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one that the older I get the more nasty some of my dreams can be and if I wake I don't want to go back to sleep in case I go back into the dream. I remember one night though I had a dream that was a complete story, and when got up to go to the loo in the night I though "I must write down the basics when I get up, it would make a fabulous thriller" and when I did get up I coulnd't remember a thing about it other than it would have made a good book. Last night's wasn't too bad, but very odd. I was dreaming about my daughter, who when she was at Uni wore Doc Martins, in various colours, until the became too popular and then turned to American style combat boots. Anyway, I dreamt that she had been asked to go in front of a Parliamentary Select Committee to give a talk and bought herself some new footwear for it, and she turnd up to give this talk in a short sleeved, shortish summer dress that curved quite nicely around her bump, leggings, and her new, white, Doc Martins. Very odd. Anyway, when we got home a short while ago from collecting the car, which has caused all sorts of problems over the last week, there was a message on the answerphone from her to say she has had her next scan and everything is fine and that she will ring me later, so maybe it was a dream foretelling that she was going to ring me (I actually typed dram and then realised the mistake, but I might just have one tonight!)
