Better still go into Alternate Dwelling Australia and look up the "Old Mill' design. Mine has three Dorma windows upstairs as I'm having an extra en suite There is also a laundry added instead of the inclusion in the bathroom. I like a separate laundry. The decking out the front is 3.6 sq metres and there is a car port beside this one as it gets frosty and can snow a little. I've never lived in a timber house before and I doubt if it will be white due to the climate there. It will have a gas log fire as I'm lugging timber inside anymore and a huge telly mounted on the wall as Jan love TV so he can watch it all day if he wants. It's another project and I will enjoy doing it as summer is coming so I can get the new garden done and keep myself busy. You are more than welcome to come and stay as the top floor has a small retreat and like I said your own bathroom and shower so you won't even know I'm there. It's a very nice part of the world and the kookaburras will come and wake you by tapping on the window for their food. Oh yeah and Tillie will greet you each morning with lots of licks and loves. She's my alarm clock that doesn't go off these mornings. She has a penchant for sleeping in when it's cold. She peeks out from under the blanket, hair all dishevelled but won't move.
