Ani Now that I am getting in to my senior years, and the ravishes of too much sun exposure after nearly 52 years in this sunny clime of ours is starting to show, I have regular skin checks every year now for the nasty results of UV exposure in my younger years, I keep myself covered and use sunscreen when outdoors...
Betty has had two skin cancers cut out of her eyelids, my twin daughters have had a few cut out, and I have had two or three cut out, so you can keep the brown legs, hell the darkies are falling over themselves to be white and us silly buggers are lying out in the sun frying trying to get darker and getting skin damage..More young folks die Of Melanoma in Oz than anywhere else in the world.... I use to have tanned legs when I was running up to 5,000 miles a year in training and racing, and my secretary at work was always perving on my legs and bum, but now when I go out for a run I wear tights and try to run early enough before the sun gets too strong, The tights are quite good as they highlite the body shape and can be pleasing to the eye, a lot of footballers wear them now in training..I am outdoors a lot playing bowls as I will be all day today again, and nearly all the bowlers have had bits cut off their legs arms and faces and heads from skin cancers now starting to show from all the early years of exposure to the hot sun and UV....
I still have the tight bum and I'm still in good shape, I just need a head transplant as my secretary use to say,(She was a funny bugger) but sorry no tanned legs any more, I am tempted to get one of them spray tans, might just do that on my next vacation..Jack..
