Dungarees are easy. I can't knit for toffee, never had the patience. Easier knowing what the babe is when buying, we had to get everything in cream, white or lemon, although the little socks we bought did have a lot of blue in them. I never dressed Rachel in pink although there was pink in the 2 little dresses my grandfather bought her so she did wear some pink, but pink wasnt really her colour. I dressed her in hot orange and chocolate brown as a small baby (much more choice on the Continent than in the UK at the time), and then it was greens and yellows and browns as she got older, with some blue occasionally. What pink she has now tends to be hot pink rather than pale as she looks better in strong colours. Most of Gabe's little outfits seem to have a lot of red in them, along with brown and grey, but not a lot of blue. Little tiny pink things are very pretty though and there are some gorgeous baby clothes around now.
