I remember reading many years ago that in some states of America fellatio (oral sex)is forbidden and one couple were up in court on the charge of having had oral sex in their kitchen, it having been witnessed by a policeman. It actually ended up with them and the policeman being prosecuted, them for breaking the law about fellatio, and the policeman for breaking the law about peeping toms as it transpired that he was watching them through the letter box on the back door and had made no attempt to let them know that he was there. There is no law in the Netherlands (or at least there wasn't 30 odd years ago) about peeping toms, so if you live in a block of flats and your curtains don't fit properly and someone stands and watches you making love in the "privacy" of your own bedroom or peeps in and watches you getting dressed or undressed it isn't against the law. The married quarters we lived in had badly fitted curtains in the bedroom (ours were several inches too short, so we actually taped newspaper over the lower part of the windows to keep any outsiders from seeing in)and one couple suddenly realised that they were being watched, and after that the blokes got together and partrolled the landings for a week or so, with some standing downstairs out on the grassed area at the back, so they could see the landings. They actually caught the peeper peeping. He didn't peep through the windows of married quarters after that. They actually took him to the police station to make a formal complaints and were laughed at and told it wasn't illegal, so because the fellow was actually living in one of the flats they kindly took back to the block and explained to him the folly of his ways. He was very careful to avoid being seen near any military flat after that.
