I also would hate for teh BB tos hut down but life changes so understnad.

By twinkling I assume she is urinating on the workmen?? Have you tried keeping her on leash with you at all times?? Then as soon as you are aware she might be getting ready to "go" whisk her immediately outside, stopping the flow when you pick her up. Then give her a buzz word (Leader Dogs learn to "park" on command) that means peeing/pooping so she will associate that word and outside eventually. Then lots of praise with outside success. Try to stop her before she starts. This may be a nusiance to do for a week or two, or however long it takes, but better than a lifetime of "accidents."

Have a good weekend, Granddaughter coming today (Thursday, my Friday as far as work is concerned) for the weeeknd so we are looking forward to that.
