Jacko I obviously don't stand a chance as I cook most of our food and haven't had a McDonalds in years. I have to admit that Hungry Jack's Chicken wraps are delicious for a snack but they too are just processed chicken. I don't think living longer is what I want for myself as vitamins can only do so much. Us women would need to be on hormone replacement and vitamins to keep us going then the side effets of taking hormones at our age has other serious health issues. I don't want to be old and infirm so I just eat food that I consider healthy and hope for the best. I couldn't run like you Jack, no way.
Anyway how are your son and daughter doing now?
