David is 3 months younger than me, and his hair has only just really started going grey, although he still has a lot of dark hair, but I started at 16 and by the time I was 40 my hair was almost totally silver. We were out walking in Guildford one day, about 18 years back, when his hair was still really dark, and some fellow walking past whispered at him "Toy boy!". He fell about laughing and I was quite indignant as I only really look my age when I'm tired or feeling proper poorly, but we have now caught up as he is starting to look drawn and does look his age, particularly at the moment as he slipped on the stairs on Friday night and landed on his back, and bumped his head. He is incredibly sore, poor love, and aching and at the moment doesn't know what to do with himself, so I'm waiting on him and getting him everything he needs and trying to think of foods he can eat comfortably as he bit his tongue, which is swollen and very painful so everything has to virtually be pap and not need chewing. It never rains but it pours.........
