Well...we all now know of the secret and experimental aircraft of the late eighties and early to mid nineties. Why continue to deny the existance of Aircraft that the MOD has already revealed and hailed proudly? Stealth as a quick example.

I believe your messages when you say that you experienced nothing when you were there. 91-93 is'nt too long though. Its a real pity you did'nt see anything.

I mean no offence and I am definitely not accusing you of lying or mis-informing but you have to realise that because you are "just a couple of guys" who worked there for a bit and happen to personaly disagree that the MOD utilised Machrihanish, we have to take your experience as..just that!

You worked there....and its a pity that you did'nt see anything. I know that I have my own Machrihanish contacts that disagree and I am willing to bet that others on this board have similar networks. We don't all read the commercial magazines and nothing else y'know! :)

Anyway, please dont be annoyed with this post.......I meant no harm but had to alert you and others to the possible apathy that might develop round your contribution.

Perhaps I am at the wrong end of the stick here though...........it seems likely that while you must of course acknowledge the existance of Experimental craft in general, you are still suggesting that Machrihanish had nothing to with them. If this is what you are saying then.........

....thats a fair contribution I believe and is simply another first-hand accound that must be taken note of.

Sorry for blabbering but......some of that needed saying.
