Subject: Stranger

The swirling mists of morning parted as a black form loomed upon the horizon. A velvet nose raised, nostrils flaring as the stallion took in the scents of morning. Footfalls easy and steady, he strode with an elegance and grace into the wood. His mindset that he would be left alone again as always. Making his way to the crystalline stream, he lowered his head as he spread his forelegs some for a better stance, the long hairs fell about his hooves softly almost hiding them from view. His tail neatly tucked in along his haunches. The long hair of his forelock fallen into his face covering his eyes as he drank thirstily from a long day of travel, spiraled horn almost touching the surface of the water. His whole muscular form stained that color of the night, a black stallion, the color of evil.
